Bermuda Home Dialysis Services Ltd. (BHDS) is the leading provider of home dialysis in Bermuda. Established in 2015, our care team brings over 50 years of combined experience in the dialysis field.

Home dialysis places emphasis on patient independence and freedom. Our patients don’t have to travel to a center for dialysis treatments and can remain in control of their schedule and their health care.

Patient education, training and nursing/medical care are performed one on one. Care plans are centered around patients’ individual health care and social needs.

BHDS also offers free Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) screening for high risk under insured or uninsured patients and educational program, Patient Centered CKD Program for patients with stage 3-4 kidney disease.
